Ever wanted that after dinner snack and thought i’d better not? If your craving sugar but can’t have sugar this recipe is for you.
Flourless Brownies is a gluten free snack, something that you can have after dinner without the guilt and it’s easy to make!
Ingredients
3 Medium overripe bananas (approximately 1 cup or so)
½ cup smooth almond butter (can substitute for any smooth nut butter e.g. ABC or Macadamia butter)
2 tbsp – ¼ cup cocao or cocoa powder (more if you like a richer chocolate taste)
Method
- Preheat the oven to 180 degrees, grease a small cake pan or loaf pan and set aside
- Melt your choice of nut butter.
- In a large mixing bowel, add the bananas, nut butter and cocoa powder and mix well.
- Pour the mixture into the greased pan and bake for 20 minutes or until cooked through.
- Remove from the oven and allow to cool completely before slicing into pieces.
