Spiced Green Tea Smoothie

Caffeine and an antioxidant called catechins are thought to stimulate your nervous system and increase fat burning, so green tea can help you shed pounds and trim your waist.

To make strong tea for this Smoothie, use 2 green tea bags in 3⁄4 cup filled boiling water; then refrigerate.

Ingredients 

3⁄4 cup strong green tea, chilled

Juice of 1 lemon (2-3 tablespoons)

1/8 teaspoon cayenne pepper

2 teaspoons of agave nectar

1 small pear, skin on, cut into pieces

2 tablespoons of greek yoghurt

6-8 ice cubes

Method

Put all ingredients into a blender and blend until smooth. Drink cold and ENJOY!
