Hi, I’m Carmela, the heart behind Naturallyou.
For more than 30 years, intuition and spiritual connection have been an important part of my life. Over time, my own journey led me deeper into energy healing, Reiki and the connection between mind, body and spirit.
As a Reiki Master, psychic medium and energy healer, my passion is creating a space where you can slow down, feel supported and reconnect with yourself.
I believe every person’s journey is different. That’s why my sessions are guided intuitively and tailored to the person in front of me — whether you’re seeking healing, clarity, spiritual guidance or simply a moment to breathe.

My Journey
My own life experiences led me to discover the powerful connection between mind, body and spirit.
My journey into Reiki and chakra healing began when I felt called to explore a deeper way of healing — not only physically, but emotionally and spiritually.
Through my own healing experiences, I discovered the incredible power of energy work, intuition and spiritual connection. What began as a personal journey eventually became something I knew I wanted to share with others.
In 2016, Naturallyou was born — a space created to help others heal, reconnect and discover a deeper connection with themselves.
Today, Naturallyou brings together everything I have learned and experienced over the years, allowing me to support each person in a way that feels personal, intuitive and heart-centred.
